The property remains under the control of law enforcement, and remediation activities have been authorized to commence. Any inquiries regarding the scope or timeline for the remediation should be directed to law enforcement.

Property Status:



·        The 1122 King Street property is not for rent and has not actively been listed for rent since 2020. Any rental listings that may appear on the internet are out-of-date, and we are working to remove any listings that we can. Some are historic listings related to prior property managers, and those are outside of our ability to remove.

·        No determination for the future of the property has been made.
