Our Mission.

Team Idaho Property Management is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our Customers and Clients. Our mission is to provide exceptional property management services, through a team approach. This approach means that each and every Team member works together to increase the overall productivity of the company, thus providing the ultimate in assistance to Property Owners and Tenants who utilize our services. To this end, the company will hire only the most qualified personnel in all aspects of our profession, and provide them with the highest quality support, marketing materials, training, and management.

Our Owner.

Debbie Spurgeon has been a real estate agent with the company since it was Harden Realty. She received her broker’s license in 1992. In 2001, she took over as managing broker and managed and maintained daily operations and trained full-time agents and support staff and went on to buy the company in 2005. In 2008 Debbie opened Team Washington Real Estate in Colfax Washington. In 2021 Debbie sold the real estate side of her business and continues to provide excellent sales service through her partnership with United Country Team Idaho, and provides property management services in Idaho and Washington under Team Idaho and Team Washington Property Management.
