Our History
Team Idaho Real Estate Inc, DBA Team Idaho Property Management has a long history of being a locally owned company. The company began as Harden Realty in the 70’s. Shelley L. Bennett purchased the company in 1990, and renamed the company Bennett and Associates in 1992. In 1996 Debbie Spurgeon purchased stock in the company and went on to purchase the company in 2005 changing its name to Team Idaho Real Estate Inc in 2007. Debbie Spurgeon continues as the owner of the locally owned and operated tradition under the name Team Idaho Property Management.

Team Idaho Property Management is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our Customers and Clients. Our mission is to provide exceptional property management services, through a team approach. This approach means that each and every Team member works together to increase the overall productivity of the company, thus providing the ultimate in assistance to Property Owners and Tenants who utilize our services. To this end, the company will hire only the most qualified personnel in all aspects of our profession, and provide them with the highest quality support, marketing materials, training, and management.
Our Owner.
Debbie Spurgeon joined Latah Realty with nearly 40 years of experience as a real estate professional in 2026. She learned from the ground up; front desk work to Designated Broker to Real Estate Company owner. As a Latah County resident since 1987 she knows the area inside and out and has welcomed many to relocate and enjoy all the area offers; from the outdoors, including our beautiful lakes, to the many community and cultural offerings. With her husband Chuck she enjoys time woodworking, boating, gardening, grandkids and community service. She is also owner of Team Idaho Property Management She is committed to professional service and is proud to be a part of the Latah Realty team and to own and operate Team Idaho Property Management.
